MeetMe is operated by Advena. This page describes, in plain language, the categories of data we collect when you use the MeetMe iOS, Android, or web apps, and the choices you have over that data.
What we collect
- Your approximate location, only while you have the app open, and only with explicit permission.
- Your profile (display name, age, gender, looking-for, bio, interests). You control all of these and can edit or delete them at any time.
- Your authentication email, returned by Google sign-in.
- Standard server logs (request method, path, response code, IP, timestamps) retained for 30 days for operational debugging.
What we never do
- We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
- We do not run cross-site tracking pixels in the apps or this website.
- We do not retain your live location after you close the app.
Deleting your account
You can delete your MeetMe account from the in-app Profile settings, or by emailing privacy@advena.io. Account deletion is permanent and removes your profile, photos, and historical location data within 30 days.
